Day Sessions ( 7am - 6pm )

Whether you're getting in some drills, playing a quick match, or just burning off some steam, this one is for the everyday footballer. Last kickoff is at 3pm.

Catch the golden hour. Book a 1-hour slot anytime from 4pm to 8pm.

Perfect for after-work run-outs, team training or a friendly five-a-side as the heat eases. Last kick-off is at 7pm.

Two full hours under the floodlights.

The night slot is made for serious play with more time and more action. Sessions run from 8pm to 9:45pm, with 15 minutes after to cool down and clear out before lights off.
